Geography

All first year students enjoyed a trip to The Giants Causeway in September as part of their studies in Geography.  

The students had been learning about tectonic plate movement and the formation of the Igneous rock Basalt in class, and they found this visit to The Giants Causeway very worthwhile in assisting their understanding of the topic.  A most enjoyable day was had by all of the students on their first trip in Ardee Community School.
