SENIOR CYCLE PRESENTATION
At Senior Cycle we offer two parallel programmes, the conventional Leaving Certificate and the Leaving Certificate Applied (LCA).
We offer a very comprehensive range of subjects. To date, most students get to study most if not all their chosen subjects. Students choose four option subjects.
The following subjects are core subjects taken by all students:

#Applied maths is currently offered outside school hours and is taught by a teaching staff member as an additional subject.
Politics and Society will be examined for the first time in Ardee Community School in June 2021.
PE and Computer Science as Leaving Certificate subjects, will be examined for the first time in 2022.
Technology will be introduced at Senior Cycle in 2022 and will be examined in 2024.
