Congratulations to our first year soccer team who won the North Leinster B League Final today beating St. Joseph’s of Rush on an emphatic scoreline of 7-5.
After a nervy opening start, Ardee CS came into their own going 3-0 up before St. Joseph’s got off the mark. It was tit for tat for the rest of this exciting game with great football played by both teams, with Ardee CS holding out firmly for their victory.
We expect further success for this great bunch of players in the years ahead. Well done lads, you done yourself, your family and the school very proud over the course of the league.
